Your hair appointment is reserved JUST FOR YOU.
I kindly ask that you notify me at least 72 hours in advance through the booking app, or automated text if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Please understand that this policy is in place to respect my time and to respect all those who are waiting for an appointment.

72 Hour Notice: Okay
48 Hour Notice: 50% of your scheduled service cost to be paid before your next scheduled appointment.
24 Hour Notice: 75% of your scheduled service cost to be paid before your next scheduled appointment Same Day/ No Show: 100% of your scheduled service cost to be paid before your next scheduled appointment + any pre-booked appointments will be canceled and any new requests will be denied until payment is received. Your credit card on file will be charged.
If for any reason I don’t have a card on file, (from the old system) you will be sent an invoice, where you will need to save your card to your account for future bookings.
kids:
As much as we all love kids, the salon is simply not safe for them to be running around. Newborns may be an exception for appointments under 2 hrs. This is in an effort to ensure a relaxing, comfortable experience for everyone’s clients.
